Good Morning. It is about to be a lovely day and when you arise and join in the day will be even nicer. The sun will shine and people will be smiling as you go out. As they see you, anad sense the gladness of your heart they will smile even more broadly, just knowing you are among them. As you walk along look into the eyes of those you encounter so they can see the depth of your feelings. It may help some of them pull themselves from their own depression, and give them the tiny lift they so badly need. People look to you for answers, usually unspoken, and often unthought, but they do, nonetheless. You have that little spark that gives them the courage ot face themselves and their own problems, that little extra measure of kindness that is needed by so many, the touch of love that everyone desires, but so few have. Share it with them, for they sorely need you.

Go to church, if that is a need you have. But even if you don’t, it won’t matter, for the whole world is a cathedral and eveything in it has its place under the eyes of whatever god you have chosen. Under the lovely blule sky all things are possible, for after all, miracles are from the heart; from yours or mine, or anyone who needs one bad enough. Yes, God grants them, but it is we who ask and often receive them by way of our needs that are so great we cannot carry them all alone. That is why you are so special, you help others as you shoulder a part of their burdens.

Sing a little bit today, too. Maybe you already have while in the shower, and that is good for it shows your heart is good and filled by the love of music. Share that too with your friends and neighbors. Often a gruff voice is sweet and lifting once given to the notes of a song. Try it, you’ll like it.

On your way home from lunch remember that you put a small portion aside for some hungry dog. Be sure to give it to him, for he too knows God, and later on you will see him again. Then he won’t look like he does today, for his coat will be slick and he will be happy and even frisky. But for now your god has given you the task of ‘looking out for him.’ Realize that and be thankful for the chance.

Later on, after you and yours have settled in for the night and you are thinking of all the nice things that happened today, remember me and know that I love you, and then please love me too, just a little bit.
